A garden overlooking one of Steynings familiar landmarks, Clays Field. The garden was previsouly all laid to lawn with a couple of flowerbeds near the house. The idea was to create some shape and interest to break up the large lawn area and most importantly ensure that the views out into the landscape beyond were retained. By using naturalistic planting in the form of herbaceous and ornamental grasses a planting scheme was created to blend the garden into the field beyond the boundary.
